At The Formal Club, we strive to ensure you look your sharpest, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is submitted, our logistics partner will pick up the package within 48 hours for a thorough quality check at our warehouse.

  Approval Notification

  After the returned garment passes our inspection for original condition, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the approval of your return or exchange.

  Refund Processing

  Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
